Event Details:
    Pair-up with 3 team riders or friends and head to Diablo for this unique, 4-man downhill team challenge!  The Diablo Team Classic is the ultimate forum whether you want to defend your rep or put your team on the map! Just post the lowest cumulative team time and claim top honors!
  • Each team rider will race to post an individual time and will be calculated to form a cumulative team time
  • The team with the lowest, combined overall time will be declared winner
  • Event Classes are as follows:
    • Open (Pro Class)
      • Individual amatuer riders may partner with pro-level riders to compete in the Pro Class
    • Amateur Class
      • Individual pro-level riders may not partner with amatuer riders to compete in AM Class. Any rider that has competed in the past in a pro mtb discipline at Diablo or any other venue, must compete in the pro discipline of this event. No downgrading!
  • No licensing required, just bring your A-game!

1:00pm - 3:30pm Racing Order: Pro Teams / Amateur Teams
4:00pm - 4:30pm Awards Ceremony
Event Guidelines and Regulations:
  • Any team rider that receives a DNF (did-not-finish), DSQ (disqualified) or DNS (did-not-start) a 5:00 minute time will be automatically posted for that specific rider and used to calculate the team combined time 
  • Once the team captain has registered onsite, team rider substitutions are prohibited. If any team rider is unable to compete due to injury, mechanical failure or otherwise, the team may still compete, however a 5:00 time will be issued for each team rider missing from the team roster
  • All event class fields are limited. Pre-registration is highly recommended and is first-come, first served
  • All participants will be required to sign a waiver, photo release form at onsite registration. Participants under 18 years of age are required to have a parent or guardian signature
  • Helmets are required for all events including practice and freeriding
  • Athletes are required to have valid lift tickets and athlete number plates in order to gain access to any race course
  • Athletes are encouraged and required to be at the start area at least 20 minutes prior to their posted (time-of-day) start times
  • Racers that are not present at the start area for their posted start time will be disqualified; no exceptions
  • Registration fees and competitor lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Each registered team will receive the following:
    • Official Team Classic event t-shirt
    • One Full-day lift ticket for 4 people
